Sleeping on the ceiling

I've shifted over to my new apartment. That includes my old loft bed from IKEA...and it made me so utterly happy to get that back. I'd slept in a loft since I was 5, so I was used to sleeping up high. and when I moved to my old apartment, we just didn't have the room for it. so I slept on a ground bed. But it was always weird sleeping that close to the floor. so now that i'm moved into my new apartment, I got my loft back.
And I slept on the ceiling for the first time in over a year last night. ^_^

Loftbeds look fun, and it looks like they add room back to the room. I've been interested in them for a while, but haven't slept in anything like them since I was a child when I used to have a bunk bed. Glad you were able to set yours back up!

I think I'd be scared being that high up.

Then again, I slept for years on a futon on the floor and recently moved up to a normal-height bed. It generated goodness. Maybe going higher *would* be better...
